Andrea Wade brings over 15 years of experience in education administration, project management, and food entrepreneurship to her role as Executive Director of Sisterhood Kitchen Collective. As the creator of Honeybee Lemonade Syrups, Andrea successfully grew her business from a farmers' market startup to wholesale distribution in grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. Her journey gives her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by BIPOC food entrepreneurs, making her uniquely equipped to lead the collective with empathy and expertise.

Andrea's professional background includes roles in education and community engagement, where she developed a strong track record of advocacy for students and small businesses of color. She has dedicated her career to dismantling systemic barriers and creating equitable opportunities for underrepresented communities. With a BA in History, an M.Ed with honors, and extensive training in diversity facilitation and crisis intervention, Andrea combines her academic knowledge with real-world experience to elevate entrepreneurs. Her leadership is rooted in a commitment to cultural preservation and economic equity, ensuring that every member of the collective has the tools to succeed.
